Here are books FREE because all Teachings have been given by Adi-Buddha or Shiva to the mankind to find a short way back to the source of Everything - hope the free stuff is well appreciated since materialists believe that only that is good what costs a lot and when having in the own hands they are happy. This book substitutes a lot of other books (growing like mushrooms in these days), which are just repetitions or new (or diffusing) interpretations of the essence of the Teachings - save money! The number of books on buddhism and trantrism is uncountable (must be near 5.000 alone in english) - on yoga maybe more. This books is exceptional and for the advanced canditate and not for dogmatics. Only practice itself proves everything!

The great value of this book
What distinguishes this book from many others on Mahamudra? Those only describe certain states or results in consciousness more or less at the end of the practice and how they differ from one another according to insights (interpretations). But those books only try to prove the effectiveness or correctness on consciousness thru Mahamudra even if their authors have not mastered this path. Their books do not teach how to achieve high wakefulness (supramundane intellect) step by step or how to get there by systematic practicing and to experience everything for yourself. That is the great value of this book.
The teaching of Mahamudra in this book serves 2 main pur-poses:
a) fully developing the highest wakefulness and
b) realizing the true nature of the consciousness by knowing the ultimate realities and mastering all forces by yourself.
The book as Manual to Spiritual Perfection
That reader (buddhist or yogi) who already has achieved or ex-perienced some results (like improved attentiveness) by daily practice together with meditation and self-oberservation will derive great benefit from it and may clear the path in front of him: the more „conscious“ a person has become the better he understands the explanations - as they go very deep into the mental and transcendental structure of a person and also show the obstacles or the „new doors“ a disciple encounters when moving forward on the higher paths of awakening. This is possible due to the clear light of the dharma embedded and hidden in the commentaries of the spiritual master. Do not miss the opportunity to grasp for it. In case someone practices occasionally most of the book just remains as words.
It is recommended to study repeated carefully the texts, maybe in combination with some other original literature (see chapter „Literature“), but the practice must have first priority.
This book is the special and sole focus on one part of the book „Tibetan Book of Discovering the True Nature of Oneself“ (5 paths explained) but in full scale and als represents the pratical and detailed continuation of „Tibetan Yoga and Secret Doctri-nes, Book II“. To practice this path maybe the chapter „Wake-up call for Mahamudra“ is to be read first as a incentive and motivation, whereas the chapter „What you expierence practi-cing Mahamudra“ lets you know the right practice, what you will encounter in this process and gives additional hints. This book is not a philosphical expertise based on logical thinking nor evaluating scripts but a „true manual“ to walk this path to Nirvana and spiritual perfection, based on direct realizations of the commentator. Regard it as Buddha himself would teach you in the closest circle. And don’t miss the chapter „Wake-up call for You“. A summary to the aphorisms in advance and a chapter „What are Jhanas?“ for referencing have been added.
Since the texts (aphorisms) of Mahamudra do not contain moral precepts the author has included the chapter „The Obstacle that Everyone Prefers to Overlook“ and „Sublimation versus Animality“ (mastering sexuality), its contents apply to any path someone likes to follow.
Thru the commented aphorisms you will learn what the historical Buddha and other Buddhas experienced on their way to the „major breakthru“.
In the texts of the aphorisms there are no bold letters any-more to highlight interesting statements or hints, the reader surely will find out himself, what appears important to him.
